Our polyelectrolytes for sludge

No sludge can resist them
We have a wide range of polyelectrolytes for sludge which are capable of highly effective drying of all types of sludge whether they are chemical, biological or mixed.
We have a wide range of flocculants which can be grouped as follows:
Cationic flocculants:
- Solids (Various loads, molecular weights and structure)
- Emulsion (Various loads, molecular weights and structure)
Anionic flocculants:
- Solids (Various loads, molecular weights
- Emulsion (Various loads, molecular weights)
Non-ionic flocculants:
- Solids (Various molecular weights)
- Emulsion (Various molecular weights)
In addition, if your company has special needs our R&D laboratory will make a polyelectrolyte to measure, or indeed any other wastewater treatment product you may need.
What are polyelectrolytes for?
Whenever wastewater is purified, solid waste is left. This can be classified as following:
- Chemical sludge (from physicochemical treatment)
- Biological sludge (from biological treatment)
- Mixed sludge (from both physicochemical and biological treatment)
This waste has to be dried out as fully as possible and that is what these polyelectrolytes are for. They can be dried out using means such as gravity, press filters, centrifuges, band filters and flotation.
